Passing/Pressing Warm-Up, 2v1 Get Out of Trouble, 6v6+ Bumpers, Fitness Races

Lots to try and get through tonight.

Started with a passing/pressing warm-up. Honestly, it didn’t go as well as I had envisioned. I love the ideas behind the exercise though, and hopeful that we’ll get better results the next time we run through it.

Moved on to a 2v1 Get Out of Trouble exercise, working on proper dribbling turns away from pressure, proper support angles and spacing, and encouraging attackers to try and take players on 1v1.

Ended the field session with some 6v6+Bumpers, then finished the evening with some fun fitness work.
